How your data is used

This form sends your enquiry to Pedro Abreu, a property advisor affiliated with RE/MAX Atual (Futurocupado Unipessoal Lda, AMI 25303), so he can contact you about your project. Your contact details and criteria are stored in his private CRM. They are accessible to people authorised to manage it and the technical providers needed to operate it. How do you prepare my selection?

We start with your budget, preferred areas and intended use: main home, second home or investment. We clarify your must-haves and possible compromises before preparing the selection.

I live abroad. Where do I start?

The first conversation and definition of your criteria can take place remotely, in Portuguese, English or French. We then plan the next steps and viewings around your availability. The transaction arrangements will be clarified with the professionals involved.

What information should I send?

A town or region, property type, budget and a few words about your plans are enough to start. Include your essential requirements and timeline if you know them. No bank or identity documents are needed in this form.

What happens after my enquiry?

I will contact you to clarify your search and agree what comes next. The scope of support, the professionals involved and any fees are clarified before you commit.
