How your data is used

This form sends your enquiry to Pedro Abreu, a property advisor affiliated with RE/MAX Atual (Futurocupado Unipessoal Lda, AMI 25303), so he can contact you about your project. Your contact details and criteria are stored in his private CRM. They are accessible to people authorised to manage it and the technical providers needed to operate it. This form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or create an account.

To access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your agreement to be contacted, write to contact@pedrosrealestate.com. For processing by the agency: protecaodados.atual@remax.pt. Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you can also request restriction or portability, object to processing, and contact the CNPD or the data protection authority in your country of residence.

If an advisor uses the CRM assistant, property criteria and extracts from notes may be sent to the AI provider after known contact details and identifiers have been masked. Responses support analysis; no automated decision is made about your project. Do not submit identity documents, sensitive data or another person’s contact details through this form.

Should I send the client’s contact details?

Not at this stage. Describe the project and leave your own professional contact details. We first agree on the next steps; client information is shared only with their consent and under the agreed terms.

How is the collaboration organised?

We clarify roles, client follow-up and arrangements with the agency before any introduction. Any remuneration is subject to a prior agreement; this form does not create a commission commitment.
